Spindraft is located at Number 79 in the Sidco Industrial Estate, over in the Kurichi part of Coimbatore. This area is full of industry, so we feel right at home with all the other factories and warehouses. Coimbatore has always been a hub for this kind of work, and we’ve been part of it from our little corner for quite some time. The estate is usually buzzing with activity from early morning until late evening. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we have the machines we need to get things done. We mostly deal with spindling and related work, and it's a job that requires a lot of patience and steady hands. The weather here in Tamil Nadu can be a bit humid, which makes the shop floor feel pretty stuffy, but we are used to it by now. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or big slogans. Instead, we just focus on the metal and the precision needed for each piece. Most of our customers are from other parts of the industrial estate or nearby towns who know we are reliable. It’s just a handful of us here, working the shifts and making sure everything is shipped out on time. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. Being in Sidco means we are surrounded by people who understand the trade, which makes things easier.
