Solomon International

We’ve been operating Solomon International from No 5/238/F for quite a while now. It sits right on the Jagir Ammapalayam Main Road, which is usually busy with traffic and people going about their business. It’s a simple spot, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office if we leave the door open too long, but that’s just how it is here. The team is small and we mostly just focus on the tasks at hand each day. It’s not a corporate environment with lots of meetings. We just handle the work as it comes in. Most of our neighbors are also local businesses, so we see the same faces every morning when we open up. The building itself is older and has its quirks, like the occasional leaky tap or a squeaky gate. We don’t have a big sign, so people sometimes have to look closely at the numbers to find us. Usually, we are busy with paperwork or moving things around the back. It can get a bit loud with the trucks on Main Road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just try to keep things moving along without much fuss. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We start early and head home when the work is done. It’s just us here at Jagir Ammapalayam.
