Larsen & Toubro Ltd

Our office is situated at B+15 in Phase I of the Parsn Palm Legend complex. This is right in the Ondipudur area of Coimbatore, which is a fairly well-known part of town. If you are familiar with Coimbatore 16, you know it’s a mix of residential spots and growing business blocks. Being at Larsen & Toubro Ltd here means we are right in the middle of all that activity. The Parsn Palm Legend area is usually quiet enough to get things done, but you still feel the energy of the city just outside the gates. We have a small team here and we mostly stick to our daily schedules. It’s not one of those huge corporate hubs you see in the movies; it’s more of a functional workspace where we deal with the day-to-day operations. Some days are busier than others depending on what projects are moving forward. We usually have tea together in the afternoons and talk about the local news or the traffic on the way in. It’s a very normal environment. Most of us like the fact that Ondipudur is easy to reach from different parts of the city. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the essentials needed to keep things organized and running. It is just us doing our jobs in this corner of Coimbatore. There are always people coming and going, but we try to keep things fairly simple and honest.
