Sign Eight

We've been at Door No. 136 on Pioneer Mill Road for a while now. It's right behind the PSG Tech back side in Peelamedu, which is a busy spot. Most days are spent working on different signs and getting things ready for people who stop by. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy with materials everywhere, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy making things. My staff and I usually start early. The location is pretty easy to find once you know where the college back gate is. We handle the usual sign work that locals need. It’s a straightforward setup here. Nothing fancy, just the tools we need and a place to work. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are quieter than others, giving us time to organize the scrap bits and sweep the floor. People usually just drop in to talk about what they need instead of calling. We don’t really do big ads or anything, just rely on folks knowing we are here. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. It’s a good spot for a business like Sign Eight. We try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting too long for their order. That’s pretty much us. Just a small team working away in Peelamedu, dealing with whatever job comes through the door next. It's a lot of manual work and checking details to make sure everything looks right before it goes out.
