We are based over at 10/1, Oour Naidu Street, near the S.R.K.V. Post in Periyanaicken Palayam. Jaypee Safety Systems Pvt. Ltd. has its roots here, and it’s a quiet enough area most of the time. We aren’t located in a big shiny glass building in the city center. Our space is more functional than fancy. We spend a lot of our time looking at safety specs and making sure everything is up to code. It’s serious work, but we try to keep the atmosphere in the office relaxed. There are a few of us here, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know how each other takes their tea and who is best at handling the difficult paperwork. The street outside is mostly residential and small shops, which makes for a nice walk during lunch. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on the safety systems and try to do right by the people who rely on us. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and equipment samples, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical way of working. We don't spend money on big ads or slick presentations. We just stay here in Periyanaicken Palayam and do the work that needs doing. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way.
