Our place is at 224, New Scheme Road in Papanaikenpalaym. It is a busy part of town and there is always noise from the traffic outside. We do digital printing here. Our shop is dominated by a few large printing machines that take up most of the space. They have a constant hum that we have grown to like. We deal with all kinds of printing jobs, big and small. Sometimes the floor is covered in paper scraps and ink stains, but that is just how it is when you are busy. We don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some old samples from years ago. We have been in Papanaikenpalaym for a long time and we know the rhythms of the street. Usually, we keep the front door open to get some fresh air inside. It gets hot in here with the machines running all day. We are just a small crew of people who have been working together for years. We don't have any complicated rules or corporate structures. We just come in, check the orders, and start the machines. If something breaks down, we spend the afternoon trying to fix it ourselves. It is a straightforward job and we are happy to be doing it. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just run a print shop on New Scheme Road.
