We are situated at No:34 near the Ondipudur New Flyover on Thiruvalluvar Street in Kamatchipuram. Being so close to the flyover means there is a constant hum of cars and trucks passing over us. SHOT BLASTING & FOUNDRY SERVICES is a place where we work with hot metal and abrasive cleaning every single day. The foundry side of the work involves a lot of heat and heavy molds which makes the air inside very thick and warm. We have got various sections for different parts of the process, from pouring the molten iron to finishing the surfaces with shot blasting. It is a rough environment and you have to be careful where you step because there is usually hot material or heavy castings cooling on the floor. Our team is a group of local guys who aren't afraid of a bit of sweat and hard labor. We don't have a polished showroom because our customers are more interested in the quality of the casting than the paint on the walls. The street outside is usually busy with tea stalls and other small shops, so there is always somewhere to go during the break. It is a tough trade but there is a lot of satisfaction in seeing a finished piece of metal come out of a pile of scrap.
