We are based out of Coimbatore, specifically over in the Bharathi Park 3rd Cross area. The address used to be Old No.7, but now it is New No.17, which sometimes confuses the delivery drivers who come by. Sanhasa Resorts Private Limited is a small operation we started to get into the hospitality side of things. We aren't located right in the middle of the noisy traffic, which is nice for us and anyone visiting. Coimbatore is a busy city, but our corner near the SAHS Post stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We spend a lot of time managing the day-to-day tasks that come with running a resort business. There is always some paperwork to file or a bit of maintenance that needs doing on the property. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of employees; it's just a handful of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes we get busy and things feel a bit rushed, but we try to stay on top of the list. We decided to set up here because the climate in this part of Tamil Nadu is usually decent. Our office is right there on the 3rd Cross, and we are usually around during the day if anyone needs to drop off documents or talk about bookings. It’s a simple business model, really. We just want to keep the place tidy and make sure we’re doing our jobs right. Coimbatore is growing fast, but we like keeping our small-scale approach.
