Sabaris

Coimbatore is where we’ve set up shop. Sabaris is just a small place in the middle of everything. The zip code is 641046, so we are right in the heart of the activity. It’s often very humid here in Tamilnadu. You get used to the damp air after a while. Our space isn't very large, but we've squeezed in enough tables for everyone. There’s a lot of noise from the main road that drifts in through the windows. We usually keep them open to catch whatever breeze there is. We’ve got some old chairs that creak a bit when you sit down. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room where we get our work finished. I usually bring lunch from home and eat at my desk while looking at the calendar. There’s always a pile of papers that needs sorting. We don't use a lot of fancy technology here. It's mostly just pens, paper, and the occasional phone call. The local shop owners nearby are friendly, and we talk to them when we’re out for a break. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but we try to head home before the traffic gets too bad. It’s a simple way of doing things, and we don’t feel the need to change it much. This is just how Sabaris runs every day, without any fancy talk or expensive equipment. We just get on with the day.
