Our office is located right near Hopes College in Coimbatore, which means there are always students walking past the window. Agogzen Infotech Pvt. Ltd is tucked away in Siva Nagar and it’s a pretty quiet spot once you get off the main road. The Indhra Gardens area has some nice trees so it stays a bit cooler even when the sun is out. We spend most of our time dealing with software and data, which isn't always exciting to talk about at dinner. Most of us have been here a few years now so we're more like a bunch of friends than just coworkers. There is always a pot of coffee going in the small kitchen we have in the back. We don't really go for the whole corporate look with suits and ties because it’s just too hot for that in Coimbatore. Usually, we just wear whatever is comfortable and focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat or we see the same people every morning at the gate. We don't have any big slogans or complicated philosophies about what we do. It’s just about sitting down at the desks and getting through the list of things that need fixing. It’s a steady kind of life and we like the neighborhood we’re in. It feels like a real community here and we just get on with our work day after day.
