Roshiq Manufacturers & Suppliers is set up at No. 26 / 1 in the Sara Industrial Estate. The address is quite long because it covers Goundampalayam Road, Papan Thottam, and Maniyakaranpalayam, but we are basically in a big industrial patch. It is a dusty area because of all the construction and manufacturing nearby. We have a good amount of space in our unit to handle the manufacturing work we do. Most of our days are spent on the shop floor making sure the production is going according to the plan. We supply to a lot of different people, so there is always a truck being loaded or unloaded near the entrance. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays when everyone is trying to get their orders out at the same time. The air in the estate usually smells like oil and hot metal. It is a working environment through and through. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a while now. We don't have any big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just talk about what needs to be done while we are working. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a batch if a machine was acting up earlier in the day. It is just the reality of making things. We are just local people doing our best to keep the business running smoothly and get orders out.
