Our place is located at Sf. No. 61/3, right off Thudiyalur Main Road near Sathy Road. It's a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it's easy to find once you know the Kovilpalayam area. We handle organic food here. There's always sacks of stuff coming in and out. The air smells like grains and spices sometimes. It's not a massive factory, just a decent-sized setup in Sarkarsamakulam. We spend a lot of time checking the items that come through the doors. If the crops aren't looking right, we don't take them. That's the main thing we do all day. We have a small team, mostly local people from the nearby villages. Everyone knows each other. It’s not one of those places where you wear a suit to work. We wear what’s comfortable because there’s a lot of lifting and moving to do. The weather out here can be tough, especially when it rains, but we manage to keep things dry. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep things moving. The office is small and usually has a few ledgers lying around. We keep things simple. If someone calls to ask about our food items, we tell them what’s in stock. Sometimes we run out of things, that’s just how it goes with organic stuff. It depends on the season and the farmers. We just stay here and do the work.
