Our place is at No.16/A, APS Illam. It is on the 2nd Cross in Om Ganesh Nagar. That is in the Vadavalli area of Coimbatore. We are actually right behind the Kattu Vinyakar Temple. You can usually hear the bells from the temple in the mornings and evenings. The road here is not very wide, so parking a big car can be a bit of a problem. We have a small front area where we keep most of our things. It is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, except for the temple visitors. We started this because we had some extra space. The building is just a regular house style. We have some shelves along the walls to hold the containers. Everything is kept in simple jars and bags. The floor is just plain cement. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who live nearby. We spend the day weighing things and packing them up. The smell of the spices and grains is quite strong inside. Sometimes the neighborhood kids run past the door and make a lot of noise. We like being near the temple because it feels peaceful. We don't have a fancy website or a big flashing sign. Most people just know us from living in Vadavalli. We just keep doing our work every day and closing up before it gets too late.
