Ramco Cement Ltd.

Our office for Ramco Cement Ltd. is on Cowley Brown Road. We are part of Vincent Colony in the R.S. Puram area. It’s a nice enough part of town. There are plenty of trees along the road, which helps with the heat during the afternoons. We have been in this building for several years now. It’s a solid structure with big windows. We can see the traffic passing by all day. R.S. Puram is a busy place, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside, we keep things fairly simple. There are desks and chairs and piles of files. We don't go for the modern glass look. It’s more of a traditional setup. The staff here has been together for a long time. We know each other's families. It feels more like a small community than a big corporation. We deal with the local builders and contractors mostly. They stop by to chat and settle their accounts. We don't do much advertising. People know we are here on Cowley Brown Road. We keep the kettle going for tea throughout the day. It’s a professional enough environment, but we don't wear suits or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting things organized. It’s a routine that works well for us. No need to change what isn't broken.
