If you find yourself in the Sarangtalab area of Varanasi, you might come across us. Acc Ltd. is based at A-14 in the Mahadevnager Colony, specifically in the Pandepur section. It’s a local residential neighborhood where things move at their own pace. We aren't in a big commercial tower; we are just part of the local street. The office is simple and functional, exactly what we need to handle our daily business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through documents. It’s not the kind of work that makes for an exciting story, but it’s what we do. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. Our focus is just on the tasks at hand today and what needs to be done by tomorrow. Being in Varanasi, you get a mix of the old and the new, and our office is somewhere in the middle. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We try to keep things quiet and just get through the pile of work. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here—just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. It’s a very straightforward life. We show up, we do the work, and we don't make a big deal out of it. It works for us. Our door is usually open if someone needs to drop off papers.
