You can find us over at Muniappa Layout in Kurungainagar. Our office is at C/O D.No 3/150, which is right in the middle of the Pollachi area. Being a woman-led group at Pscbe Woman Farmer Producer Company Limited means we do things a bit differently, focusing on the day-to-day realities of our local farmers. It is a busy neighborhood, and there is always someone dropping by to talk about the crops or the weather. We handle a lot of the coordination right from this small spot in Tamil Nadu. The layout is usually quiet until the harvest season kicks in, then it is all hands on deck. We do not have a big corporate headquarters, just this practical space where we manage the business. Most of us grew up around these fields, so we know the challenges people face here. We try to help each other out and keep the production moving. It is not always easy, especially when the market prices fluctuate, but we stick together. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting in person to sort out logistics. It is a local effort through and through. We are just regular people trying to make a go of it in the farming sector, and we are proud of what we have managed to build here in Pollachi. It takes a lot of work to keep everyone organized, but the Muniappa Layout office stays busy and we like it that way.
