Pk Creations

Pk Creations is situated on Pattatharasi Amman Kovil Street. It’s a quiet enough spot except when there is a festival at the temple nearby. Amman Kovil Street is where we have our small workshop. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks of running a business. The shop isn't very large so we have to be careful about how we stack our materials. We have a few old wooden tables where we do most of the cutting and sorting. The floor is tiled but it’s seen better days. During the rainy season the street can get a bit muddy but we just put down some mats. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live in the neighborhood or they hear about us from a friend. We have a small light over the main door that we turn on when it gets dark in the evenings. The fans hum along while we work to keep the air moving. Sometimes the temple bells ring and it’s a nice sound to have in the background. We usually close up shop around seven and head home to our families. It’s a simple life and we like being on this street. There’s a tea shop on the corner where we usually catch up on the local news before starting our work in the morning.
