At Phoenix Bakery Equipments, we spend our days dealing with mixers, ovens, and all the things people need to run a bakery. We are located at 2/326, North Chinniyampalayam in Coimbatore. It's an industrial kind of area, so there is always some noise from the neighbors. We have a workshop where we keep the machines. Some are big, some are small. We’ve been in Tamil Nadu for a while and seen how many small bakeries are opening up lately. It keeps us busy. We don't really do big advertising; usually, people just hear about us from someone else and show up at the door. The shop can get a bit dusty with all the metal and parts lying around, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time fixing things or showing people how a specific oven works. Coimbatore is a hub for this kind of stuff, so we fit right in. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a place where you can get your gear and get back to baking. Sometimes the parts take a while to arrive, and we have to explain that to the customers. It’s just how the business goes. We start early in the morning and usually wrap up when the sun goes down. It's honest work and we like seeing the machines actually working in a real kitchen.
