Pethanaickenpalayam Women Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based in Pethanaickenpalayam, right where the farmer producer organization is set up. The address is pretty simple since everyone knows the post office and the taluk area around here. Pethanaickenpalayam Women Farmer Producer Company Limited is basically just us women from the nearby farms trying to run things more professionally. We deal with the crops we grow right here in this soil. It’s a quiet place most of the time, except for when we are bringing in the produce or having a meeting about the next season. We don't have any marketing experts or anything. It’s just us looking at the numbers and hoping the weather stays good. The office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we can store some stuff and keep our books. We do a lot of walking back and forth between the village and the office. It’s a community thing more than a big business. We know everyone who brings their stuff here. Most of us have been farming since we were kids, so we aren't new to this. We just wanted a way to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing separately. It takes a lot of time to manage everything, especially with the paperwork the government wants. But we manage somehow. It’s just a normal part of our lives now, being here at the office and working the land. We do our best.
