We’ve been operating the Pasumai Palam Agro Products Private Limited out of D.No 338 in the N G G O Colony for a while now. Kuruppanaickenpalayam is a quiet enough place, and our spot is right in the middle of it. We mostly deal with agro products, which means we spend a lot of time talking to farmers and checking on what’s coming out of the fields. It’s a private company on paper, but it feels more like a local gathering spot most days. The office isn't much to look at, just a practical place to keep the records and meet people. We handle a variety of items depending on what the season brings in. Sometimes it’s busy with trucks coming in and out, and other times we just sit and wait for the harvest to finish. The N G G O Colony has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of that. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone in suits. It’s just us in our everyday clothes, making sure the goods are handled right and everyone gets a fair deal. You might see us out on the porch discussing the latest market rates or just having tea. The work is steady but can be stressful when the rains are late or the crops aren't looking great. We take it one day at a time here in Kuruppanaickenpalayam, focusing on the products we have in front of us. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. Nothing too complicated really.
