You can find us at Plot No 14 in Bharathi Nagar, over in the Vedanarayanapuram area. Our name, Namma Vivasayam, translates to 'Our Farming,' and that’s exactly what it feels like when you walk into our gates. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees and a glass office. We are just a small group of people working with agro products every day. The plot is usually a bit busy with trucks coming in or people moving crates around. It’s not always the cleanest or most organized place, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because we’d rather spend that time making sure the products are handled right. Some days the sun is beating down on the yard and we’re all exhausted, but that’s just the nature of this kind of work. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now and we like the local feel of Bharathi Nagar. It’s a practical setup, focused on the day-to-day reality of getting things from the farm to the people. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and hope for a good season. It’s simple, honest work, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything more glamorous than that. It’s just us doing our bit in the agro world. Some days are messy, but we keep going.
