Sri Varshini Doors Windows

We are set up over on Mettupalayam Road, right across from the Gujarat Samajan in the Vadacovai area. If you know R. S. Puram, you’ve probably passed our shop at number 1093. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of doors and windows. The shop isn't huge, but we pack it full of different frames and glass samples so people can see what they are getting. It’s a noisy spot because of all the traffic on the main road, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We aren't really the type to use big sales pitches. Usually, someone walks in because their old wooden door warped or they are finally putting windows into a new extension. We show them what we have, talk about the sizes, and figure out what fits their needs. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we have several orders going out at once, and there are wood shavings or metal scraps on the floor. We just sweep it up at the end of the shift. It’s just a few of us here doing the measuring and the assembly. We try to keep the glass clean, but in this part of town, the dust settles fast. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the regulars or the new neighbors to stop by. It’s just a practical business focused on getting things built right for the people around here.
