Manu Neethi Fpo Limited is situated right on Avinashi Road in Coimbatore. Our specific address is 7/41B, near the Civil Aerodrome Post. Being so close to the airport area means there is always a lot of traffic and noise, but it is a good location for people to find us. We are a Farmer Producer Organisation, so our days are filled with meetings and talking to growers from the surrounding regions. The office is not very big, and it is usually filled with samples of grain or whatever else is in season. We do not use any polished corporate language here. We just talk like regular people because that is who we are. Most of us have backgrounds in farming ourselves, so we understand the problems that come up with weather and market prices. We spend a good amount of time on the phone or out visiting different farms to see how things are going. The desk work is just something we have to do to keep the legal side of the Fpo in order. It can be a bit overwhelming when it is harvest time, but we just take it one day at a time. Avinashi Road is a major route, so we get a lot of people just dropping in to ask questions. We try to be helpful and give them the straight facts about what is happening with the produce.
