Down on Thoddarayan Koil Street in Kattoor, you'll find our workshop at 195/2. Leader Engineering Co. is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s a noisy place sometimes with the machines running and the metal clanging, but that’s just part of the job. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The street is narrow, and parking can be a real headache if you don't know the trick to finding a gap. Most of our staff lives nearby in the surrounding streets, so they just walk or take a cycle to work. We do a lot of technical work, mostly fixing things or making small parts that people need for their own projects or repairs. It’s dirty work often, and our hands are usually covered in oil or grease by noon. We don't have a fancy reception area with coffee or air conditioning. If you come in, you might have to wait a minute while someone finishes up at a lathe or shuts off a motor. We take pride in just knowing how to fix things that other people might think are broken for good. The building itself is an older one, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We know where every tool is kept, even if it looks like a mess to someone who doesn't work here. It’s a local business, through and through. We don’t have a website, we just rely on people knowing we’re here in Kattoor when they need something engineered.
