We focus on machinery and engineering, so there is usually a bit of metal clanging or the sound of tools being used in the back. The air feels like a workshop, which is exactly what it is. We don't go in for fancy carpets or expensive paintings. We have practical benches, sturdy shelves, and plenty of tools. The staff knows their way around every corner of the shop. We usually have a bit of a gathering in the morning to see what needs to be finished first. It is a very grounded way to work. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just look at the job and figure out the best way to do it with what we have. Sometimes customers stop by just to chat because they’ve been coming to us for years.
