Kotiswara Gears

Our shop, Kotiswara Gears, is located at No. 27- D, Thanneerpandal. You can find us right on Vilankurichi Road in the Peelamedu area. It is a busy stretch of road and there is always something happening outside our door. We spend most of our hours making gears and handling metal work. It is greasy work and our hands are rarely clean, but we have gotten used to that over the years. The machines hum all day long and the sound of metal cutting is just part of the background here. We have been at this Peelamedu location for quite some time now. People around here know the building. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the equipment. Every morning we sweep the floor and get the power running. The Vilankurichi Road gets quite dusty with all the traffic, so we are always cleaning off the workbenches. We do not use any fancy talk or try to sound like a big company. We are just a local shop at 27-D. Sometimes when it rains, the water splashes up from the road, and we have to move things inside a bit further. It is a simple way of earning a living. We just focus on the gears we are making and try to finish everything by the time the sun goes down. If you walk past Thanneerpandal, you will probably hear us working on the latest batch of orders we have received.
