Our shop is tucked away on 5th South Street in Avarampalayam. It is No. 14A, right in the heart of the Ganapathy Post area. If you know Coimbatore, you know how busy this part of town gets with all the small industries around. We’ve been running Fluid Power Machines from this spot for quite some time. The building isn't new, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it holds all our gear just fine. Usually, you can hear the sound of the machines running from the street. It’s a bit noisy, but that’s just how it is. We spend most of our time out on the floor rather than sitting behind a desk. There is always some grease on someone's hands. We have a small group of guys here who have been with us since the start. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and you're pretty much where the work happens. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. The street outside is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you're not used to it. We keep our spare parts stacked on the metal shelves in the back. It’s a practical setup. We know most of the people on this street by name. It’s a local kind of place where things get made and fixed every day.
