Brashion Engineering

Our workshop is situated at No. 1/190 in SF Garden, over in the Ganeshapuram area near Pothanur. It’s a bit of a trek out here if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s a good spot for engineering work because there’s enough space for the machines. We focus on various engineering tasks, mostly small to medium parts that require a bit of precision. The shop floor is usually covered in metal shavings by midday, so we have to do a lot of sweeping. We have a couple of lathes and some drilling machines that have been with us for a long time. They’re old but they still work just fine if you know how to handle them. It’s mostly just a few of us working here. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool outside, as the heat from the machines makes the workshop get pretty warm by the afternoon. We take on jobs from different industries, sometimes it’s automotive stuff and other times it’s for local machinery. We aren't a big company with a HR department or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do hard work and try to get the dimensions right. People send us their parts, we fix or remake them, and then they pick them up. It’s a simple way of doing business and it’s served us well enough over the years.
