Rosina Traders

We are right at No. 64 Palakkad Main Road in the Karumbukkadai area. Being on the main road means there is always something happening outside our door. The traffic is pretty constant from morning until night. Rosina Traders is a small place. We have a front area where we keep most of the things we need for the day and a smaller room in the back for storage. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we do. The walls are painted a light blue that has faded over the years. We have a metal shutter that we roll up every morning at nine. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time sweeping the floor. There are a few shops next to us, and we all know each other well. If someone needs a hand moving something, we usually help out. Karumbukkadai is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people walking by. We don't have any fancy displays. We just have our items stacked where they fit. The light is a bit dim in the back corner because the bulb keeps flickering. We’ve been meaning to fix it for a month. Most of our day is spent talking to people who stop in or handling the deliveries that come off the trucks. It’s a simple life on Palakkad Main Road and we like it that way. We just keep things moving and try to stay busy.
