Coco Flora - Mfg & Exp Of Coconut Coir Substrates

At Coco Flora, we are right in the thick of it at 3/88 Karappadi, near the Poosari Patti Post in Pollachi. This area is famous for its coconuts, and that is exactly what we work with. We manufacture and export coconut coir substrates. If you’ve ever been to a coir factory, you know it’s a dusty, busy environment. We have piles of husks and fibers everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. The smell of coconut is something you just get used to after the first hour. We aren't some polished company with a lobby and a fountain. We are a working plant where people are busy running machines and loading bags. Pollachi is a beautiful place, but we spend most of our time focused on the production floor. Our office is just a small room where we keep the records and handle the export paperwork. It gets loud when the machinery is going, so we end up shouting to be heard quite a bit. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just make sure the coir is processed right and sent out to the people who need it. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. It’s just how we run things here in Karappadi, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
