Jetind

Jetind is a small operation located at 2, Sidco Industrial Estate. If you know the Sidco area, you know it’s a place where people actually work with their hands. We have a modest setup here, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. Our space is filled with tools, some old storage bins, and various bits of material waiting to be used. Most mornings start with a quick talk about what needs to be finished first, and then everyone just gets to it. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or air conditioning in the main work area, so it gets pretty warm during the summer months. The walls have a few marks on them from moving equipment around over the years. We’ve had the same neighbors in the estate for a long time, and we often help each other out if someone is short on a specific tool or needs a hand with something heavy. It's a very straightforward way of working. There isn't a dedicated person for sales, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest and has clean hands usually picks it up. We don't put out a lot of advertisements because we usually have enough on our plate from the regulars who have been coming to us for years. It's just a regular shop doing regular work day in and day out at Sidco. The gate sticks a bit in the rain, but we're used to it.
