Itek System Apple Color Sorters

Itek System Apple Color Sorters is located at No. 234 on B Sathy Road in the Ganapathy area. We are right near the CRI Pump, which is how most people find us since Sathy Road is so long and busy. The shop isn't massive, but we have enough space to set up the color sorters and test them out. It’s a bit different from the heavy metal shops around here because we’re mostly dealing with cameras and sensors. It’s quieter work, mostly, except when we’re running a batch of grain through a machine to see if the colors are being picked up right. The dust from the testing can get everywhere, so we have a few fans blowing it out toward the back. Ganapathy is a good spot to be, but the traffic out front is a nightmare during rush hour. We usually start early just to beat the worst of it. The guys here spend a lot of time squinting at screens and adjusting small parts with tiny screwdrivers. It’s a bit of a change from the old-style manual sorting everyone used to do. We don't have any fancy signs inside, just a few stools and some benches where we work. Sometimes someone from the nearby shops drops by for a chat, and we take a break. It's just a regular workplace where we try to get the machines working properly before they go out.
