We’re set up at No.13, Mj, in Sargunam Colony. It’s right near S.N.R. College in the Nava India area. Because of the college, there are always students walking around, which keeps the neighborhood feeling lively. Our business is all about scales. We spend our days calibrating weights and fixing sensors so things measure correctly. It’s funny how much people rely on a scale working right without ever thinking about it. We’ve got benches covered in tiny tools and calibration weights that we have to keep very clean. It’s a mix of mechanical work and some newer digital stuff that can be a bit finicky. The shop at Ishtaa Scales INC. isn't very big, but we make use of every inch of space we have. Sometimes the shelves get a bit overloaded with units waiting for parts, but we manage to stay organized enough to find what we need. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at the back. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the locals know where to find us. It’s a steady kind of life, measuring things out and making sure the numbers are accurate. We just try to be practical about it. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big order comes in, but we just keep at it until the job is done and the scales are right.
