We've been over here at the DS Complex on Nehru Street for a while now. Most people around Ram Nagar know where we are if they need something for their computer. It isn't a fancy place, just a shop where we handle repairs and sell different parts people ask for. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with boxes and cables, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy with hardware all day. It’s mostly just us working through the backlog of laptops that need fixing or helping someone find the right cable they lost. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the folks who come in are locals or students who live nearby and need a quick fix so they can get back to their work. We try to keep things simple and just tell people straight what is wrong with their machine. If it’s going to take two days, we say it’ll take two days. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they really are. Dealing with tech can be a headache for a lot of people, so we just try to be the spot where they can get some help without a fuss. It’s a small operation here in Ram Nagar, but it keeps us busy enough. We're usually around from morning till late evening just sorting through whatever comes through the door and making sure the customers leave happy.
