Conteq Technologies

We have our office at 406 Manchester Regent on Avinashi Road. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always packed with cars and bikes. Conteq Technologies is basically just a group of us who handle various tech tasks. The office is a standard layout with some cubicles and a small meeting room that we don't use as much as we thought we would. Most of the time, everyone is just at their desk with their headphones on, working through whatever tech issue is on their plate. Avinashi Road is a great location because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby, which is a big plus for the team. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just take on tech projects and try to finish them without too many bugs. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around talking until it comes back up. It’s a relaxed environment, but we do get our work done. We’ve had some people stay with us for a long time and some who move on, but the core of what we do stays the same. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to keep doing our work from our spot in Manchester Regent and keep our clients happy enough to come back.
