Grace Computers

Grace Computers is tucked away on 3rd Cross, Pattalamman Kovil Street in Peelamedu. Our shop is at number 69. It is a good location because it is close to the temple and there are always people walking by. We do a lot of repairs here, mostly for people who live in the neighborhood or students from the nearby colleges. The shop is pretty small and we have filled it up with all sorts of tools and spare parts over the years. It looks a bit messy to an outsider but we have our own system for finding things. Peelamedu is a nice part of town and we have grown to like the rhythm of the street. We get the smell of flowers from the temple stalls sometimes when the wind is right. We don't have any big air conditioning units, just the windows and a pedestal fan that we move around. We work on all kinds of computers, from old desktops to the newer laptops. Sometimes a repair takes a few days because we have to wait for a part to arrive from the city. We just tell people honestly how long it will take. We aren't interested in being a big chain. We just like having our own place on Pattalamman Kovil Street where we can do our work and talk to the regulars who stop in.
