Hr-Executive

You can find Hr-Executive over at 20, Royal Nagar in the Saramedu area. We are tucked away in Karumbukadai, which is a busy part of Coimbatore. Tamil Nadu has a lot of businesses, and we’re just one of the small ones trying to stay organized. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a door with a number on it and some desks inside. We don't have a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’re just walking right into where we’re working. We deal with a lot of people every day, mostly helping them with their job situations and paperwork. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work for the people who come to us. We’ve been in Royal Nagar long enough to know the local tea stall owners and the other shopkeepers nearby. We don't use big words to describe what we do because it’s pretty straightforward. We look at resumes, we talk to employers, and we try to make things fit. Sometimes it works out great, and sometimes it’s a struggle, but that’s just how it goes. We don't have any fancy slogans. We just show up at the 641 008 zip code every morning and start through the pile of things on our desks. It’s a bit hectic at times, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
