Prosourz

Prosourz operates out of 11/17 A, 2nd Street in Narayanasamy Nagar, which is over in the Vadavalli area of Coimbatore. It is a bit of a residential neighborhood that has slowly seen more businesses moving in over the years. Our office is not in one of those shiny new glass towers. Instead, it is a more modest setup that feels a bit more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a small team here, and we all know each other's families and habits. The street outside can get pretty narrow, and sometimes the neighbor’s dog likes to sit right in front of our entrance, so we have to ask him to move. Most of our work involves being on the computer and coordinating with people over the phone. It is a lot of logistics and making sure that things are where they are supposed to be. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Usually, if we need to discuss something, we just talk across the room or while we are having lunch together. The Vadavalli post office is close by, which is handy for us. We like the pace of life here in Coimbatore. It is busy but not overwhelming. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks as they come. There is no big secret to how we work, we just try to be consistent and get the job done without making any big fuss about it.
