Globus Engineering Tools

You can find us at No.24 on Annaiyappan Street. We are over in S.S. Nagar, which is part of the Nallampalayam area near Ganapathy Post. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we have made it our home. The building is not anything special to look at from the outside. We mostly keep engineering tools here. The shelves are usually packed with different items, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is looking for. It is a small operation. We handle things ourselves, from taking the calls to packing up the tools. There is not a lot of hierarchy here. If something needs cleaning, someone grabs a broom. If a delivery arrives, whoever is free helps unload it. The street outside can get a bit narrow when trucks are trying to pass each other. We have lived with the quirks of this neighborhood for years. It is mostly quiet except for the usual neighborhood sounds. We do not spend money on fancy marketing stuff. People usually find us because they need a specific tool and heard we might have it. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a bit messy. That is just part of working with hardware. We have got a small desk for the paperwork, but most of the action happens among the storage racks. It is a real job and we just show up and do it every day.
