Our office is situated at number 29 on 8th Street in Saibaba Colony. It is a pretty well-known area in Coimbatore. The street is usually lined with parked cars and people walking to the nearby shops. We are on the ground floor mostly, so it is easy to just walk in. The building is an older one but it serves us well for the work we do. Inside, it’s just rows of desks and some computers. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, one of us will just look up from a screen when the door opens. The fans hum all day long to keep the humidity away. Sometimes we go out to the local tea stall on the corner when we need a break from the design work. Saibaba Colony has a lot of energy, and being on 8th Street keeps us close to everything. We have been working from this location for quite a while now. The space is a bit cramped with all the maps and papers we have lying around, but we know where everything is. It is a practical workplace for a small team. We don't spend much on decorations because we are usually too busy focusing on the projects at hand. It is just a regular office where real work gets done every day by people who have lived in this city for a long time.
