You’ll find us out in Kondampatty Village. It’s part of the Kinathu Kadavu area in Pollachi Taluk. It’s a bit of a drive out here, away from the main city noise and chaos of Coimbatore. We are situated at SF No. 345/2A-2B. It’s a quiet spot, surrounded by a bit of greenery, which is nice when things get stressful. We work on precision tools and parts. It's the kind of job where you have to be careful with every single millimeter. The workshop floor is where most of the action happens. We’ve got machines running and people checking tolerances all day long. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We wear work clothes and usually have a bit of oil on our hands by noon. We’ve been part of this village community for a while now. Local people work here, and we like that. The pace is a bit different than the city, but the work is just as hard. We have our tea breaks outside when the weather is good and the sun isn't too hot. Sometimes we have power cuts and have to wait for the generator to kick in, which can be annoying but we manage. We don’t talk much about visions or goals, we just focus on the metal in front of us and making sure the pieces fit. It’s a steady way to spend the day. We take pride in just getting the job done.
