Ers Develoepr

Our setup for ERS Develoepr is on New Road in Coimbatore. Most people just call the city Cbe. It’s a busy street with plenty of shops and other small offices around us. We are mostly focused on development work, so there are always computers humming and someone complaining about a bug in the code. We don't have a big reception area or a HR department. It’s just a group of us sitting in a room trying to build things that work. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but the fans keep us going. We usually grab lunch from the small mess down the road. It’s a very local way of working. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. If someone asks, we just say we make software. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we end up ordering food for everyone. The walls are a bit bare and we’ve got wires running along the floor in some places. It’s not a showroom, it’s a workspace. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we are in a movie. It’s just a normal day of coding and testing here in Coimbatore. We’ve been at this New Road location for a while now and the neighbors are used to us being there. It’s a good enough place to get things done. We mostly work with local clients and handle their requests as they come in.
