D.S. Agency

D.S. Agency is located at number 8 in the Corporation Shopping Complex. You can find that right on Dr. Nanjappa Road. It’s a familiar spot for many people in this area. We’ve been running things from this little shop for quite a while now. It’s not a grand office, just a simple space where we do our business. Being in the shopping complex means we see a lot of people passing by every day. We aren't into big marketing campaigns or trying to look more important than we are. We are just a local agency that helps people out with what they need. Most of our time is spent on the phone or talking to people who walk in through the door. The complex can get quite busy, especially in the afternoons, but we like the energy. It feels like a real community. We don't have any scripted lines or corporate policies that make us sound like robots. We just speak our minds and try to be fair. It’s a very human way of doing things, really. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the desk or the tea gets cold because we are busy, but that’s just how it goes. If you’re ever near Dr. Nanjappa Road, you’ll see our sign. We are just regular people working a regular job, and we’re quite happy with that. We just focus on the task in front of us and take it one day at a time.
