D Trend Engineering Consultants is over in Kuniyamuthur, at number 67. We are situated quite close to the Government Park. It’s a nice area to work in, especially with the trees and the park nearby. The office is usually filled with rolls of drawings and blueprints. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small team of us doing engineering work. We handle various consulting jobs, mostly focusing on structural stuff and planning. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at technical details. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, which is a nice break from the office. We don't have a fancy lobby or any marketing brochures. People find us through word of mouth or because they saw our office while visiting the park. The building we’re in is an older one, but it’s comfortable enough. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to people. We just try to explain how things work in plain English. There’s usually a bit of a mess with all the pens and measuring tools scattered around. We work hard, but we don't make a big fuss about it. It’s just about getting the calculations right and making sure the plans are solid. We’ve been here in Kuniyamuthur for a while and plan to stay. If you’re around the park, our office is just a short walk away. We usually have the radio on quietly while we work on our designs.
