Cocomix Coir India Private Limited

We work out of a place at 1/345, Meenakshi Sundareswarar Nagar in Thoppampatti. Pollachi is famous for its coconut trees, so it makes sense that Cocomix Coir India Private Limited is here working with coir. Our daily lives are pretty much centered around coconut husks and the fiber we get from them. It’s a dusty job, and you’ll usually find us with a bit of coir dust on our clothes by the end of the day. Our base in Coimbatore is more of a practical setup for us. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes about shipments. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the mix and making sure the machines are running okay. It gets very hot here, but the breeze through the trees helps a bit. We are just a small group of people who know the coir business inside out. We don't spend money on marketing or big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are and where to find us in Thoppampatti. It’s the kind of business where you have to be okay with getting your hands dirty. We take things one day at a time, making sure the orders are filled and the quality is decent. It’s a quiet life in this part of the country, and we’re happy to keep it that way while we do our daily tasks.
