Chandra Sekaran is the name on the shop front, though it's more of a workspace than a shop. The mills across the road are a good landmark for people trying to find us. It’s a busy street with plenty of trucks and cars passing by all day. We’ve been in this part of Coimbatore for quite some time now. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. It’s just a few of us handling the daily chores and making sure things get done. The office is a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but we don't mind. We don't have a marketing department to make us look fancy. We just tell it like it is. We work hard, we take our breaks, and we go home. It’s a simple cycle. We don't have a lot of rules or a corporate handbook. We just use common sense. If a customer has a question, we just talk to them like a neighbor. That’s how we like to do things here. It’s straightforward and it works for us and the people we deal with. Even when the noise from the mills gets loud, we just keep at it.
