Bharti Airtel Limited

This is our branch office located on Kaliappa Street in the Saibaba Colony area of Coimbatore. We are right there at 8/9, and it stays pretty busy because of the location in KK Pudur. This isn't one of those massive corporate headquarters you see on TV; it’s a local office where we deal with people’s phone and internet issues face-to-face. People come in all day with questions about their bills, or they need a new SIM card because they lost theirs. It can be a bit loud when the shop is full, and we try our best to get to everyone as fast as we can. We have a small team of staff who live nearby and know the neighborhood well. Some days the systems are slow, or there’s a line out the door, and we just have to manage it as it comes. We aren't here to give a big sales pitch. We just try to fix the connection or explain the plan details so people understand what they are paying for. It’s a very local feel here in Coimbatore. We know many of the regulars who stop by. We don't have any fancy decorations; it’s just chairs for customers and our service desks. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door. It’s not always perfect, but we do what we can.
