North Huzur Road is where the shop is located, and honestly, the traffic outside is always a mess in the morning. Inside, we make printing machines. It’s noisy sometimes because of the metalwork, and Kaanchan 9 is just a plain old building where people come and go. We deal with heavy parts and gears all day. It’s a lot of grease and calculating for the guys on the floor. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most days, it’s just us putting things together and hoping the deliveries show up on time. It’s not a fancy setup. Just a workplace where we handle the manufacturing ourselves without too much fuss. Mostly we focus on the technical drawings and getting the parts to fit just right. It takes a surprising amount of time to get one of these machines ready to ship. We test things over and over again. If something clicks, then it’s good to go. If not, we have to start all over from the beginning. It’s what we do here at Autoprint. My hands are usually stained with oil by the time lunch rolls around. It’s a normal job. We keep the machines running and try to make sure nothing breaks while we are building. If you come by Kaanchan 9, you’ll see our small sign. It is nothing special to look at, but this is where all the actual work happens. We drink tea in the afternoon and talk about what needs fixing next.
