ANANDAM INDUSTRIES

Anandam Industries is based at Plot No.4 in Om Sakthi Nagar, which is part of Chinnavedampatti. It is a decent area with a lot of growth happening lately. We have been here for a few years, starting with just a small corner of the plot and slowly taking over the whole space. The building is painted a simple white, though it’s gotten a bit stained over the years from the rain and the work we do. Inside, it’s a typical workshop. We have piles of raw materials in one corner and the finished items stacked up in another. There isn't a lot of extra room for walking around once we get the machines going. We mostly deal with mechanical parts and some fabrication work. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get the job done. We just show up, check what needs to be finished, and start working. There is a small office in the front where we keep the bills and some old catalogs, but we are rarely in there. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor. Chinnavedampatti is a good place to be, and we have made a lot of friends among the other business owners on this street. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything. We just try to get the work done so we can get paid and come back tomorrow morning.
