Altiusnxt Technologies is based at No.39 on Periyaswamy Road East in R.S. Puram. Being in Coimbatore South, we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. R.S. Puram is a nice area, though finding a parking spot near the office can be a real headache some days. Our office is a straightforward space. We didn't hire a designer or anything; we just moved the desks in and started working. There is a big window that lets in some light, but mostly we are under the tube lights. We have a small pantry area where someone usually leaves a mess of tea cups. The team here is mostly local people. We talk a lot about cricket when we aren't looking at our screens. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We have our deadlines, sure, but we try to keep things relaxed. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. We deal with it and get back to work. We aren't looking to change the world or anything, we just want to provide a decent service and keep our heads down. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours a day. We have a few plants on the windowsills that are struggling a bit, but they add some green. It’s just a regular office for regular work.
